President Türk receives the ICTY President

The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Danilo Türk, received the President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Judge Patrick Lipton Robinson. Judge Robinson outlined the activities at the current, final stage of the mandate of the Tribunal, which plans to complete the remaining judicial proceedings against the accused by 2013. He also outlined his impressions of the recent debate on this issue in the United Nations Security Council. Dr Türk took the opportunity to express his support for the efforts of the ICTY at this time.
