The President of the Republic to continue searching for a new Governor

The President of the Republic, Dr Janez Drnovšek, has notified today France Cukjati, the President of the National Assembly, that he cannot put forward a proposal for a new Governor of the Bank of Slovenia before the regular April session, and that he will continue with his activities in order to find the best possible solution.
