The President of the Republic of Slovenia visits the House of Bread

The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Janez Drnovšek, yesterday afternoon attended the opening of the House of Bread in Trzin, intended to revive the ancient values of the healthy bread.
The President of the Republic was shown the traditional bread baking method using organically produced cereals. In the House of Bread, where bread-baking courses will be held, President Drnovšek was also shown the technical equipment for cleaning and milling of cereals and bread baking.
