Christian Brothers Home for the sick and the disabled under renovation

The President of the Republic of Slovenia dr. Janez Drnovšek and the president of the management board of the SCT company Ivan Zidar visited today the Christian Brothers Home for the sick and the disabled in Zaplana. The SCT company undertook its renovation in order to make it friendlier to visitors.
Duiring his visit, President Drnovšek stated that this was one of the successful projects carried out by the SCT company, a company that has proven itself in the performance of complex projects and has shown particular willingness to help those in need.
The president of the management board of the SCT company Ivan Zidar pointed out that the renovation of the Christian Brothers Home was also a complex project that required a thorough reconstruction and stressed that it was the home's residents satisfaction that mattered most.
Rafko Jurjevčič, the home's superintendent, thanked SCT for their invaluable assistance and giving both patients and local residents the opportunity to find their true home in this institution and jointly contribute to individual and common growth.
The moto of the Christian Brothers Institution that provides care for about 350 permanently sick and disabled is "Rise and Walk" and its purpose is to make this world better – for themselves and for everybody else.
