The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Janez Drnovšek, today received the first Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark to Slovenia, Mr Hans Moller, who has spent four and a half years here.
Ambassador Moller said that he noticed many similarities between the two countries throughout his term of office. In his view, Slovenia and Denmark have excellent co-operation, not only bilaterally but also in international organisations since, both being small countries, they have a number of similar interests and positions. Dr Drnovšek and Mr Moller find relations between the two countries active and friendly, with many opportunities for co-operation still waiting to be exploited in the economic area.
