Proposal of the President of the Republic of Slovenia for five new constitutional judges

President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Janez Drnovšek, today submitted to the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia a proposal of five candidates for the five vacancies in the office of Constitutional Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia.
From among the twelve proposals arrived on the invitation of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, published in Uradni list RS no. 44/07 of 21 May 2007, the President of the Republic proposes to appoint Dr Mile Dolenc, Dr Dunja Jadek Pensa and Mag. Miroslav Mozetič in the place of Dr Mirjam Marjeta Škrk, Dr Janez Čebulj and Alojz Janko, whose terms of office expire on 30 October 2007.
From among the eleven recorded candidates who applied on the invitation of the President of the Republic, published in Uradni list RS no. 44/07 of 21 May 2007, the President of the Republic of Slovenia proposes to the National Assembly to appoint Mag. Jadranka Sovdat in the place of Milojka Modrijan, whose term of office expires on 31 October 2007.
From among the six proposed candidacies arrived following the invitation of the President of the Republic, published in Uradni list RS no. 65/07 of 20 July 2007, the President of the Republic of Slovenia proposes to the National Assembly to appoint Mag. Kristina Ožbolt in the place of Dr Zvonko Fišer, whose term of office expires on 17 December 2007.
