Working visit to Jordan

The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Janez Drnovšek, today departed for a working visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where he is to meet King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein and the Prime minister Dr Marouf Suleiman al Bakhit tomorrow.

The topics of their discussion will be the exchange of views on the Middle East peace process, the dialogue between civilisations and religions, and the co-operation of Jordan with the European Union.
