Letters of Credence submitted by the Ambassador of Poland

The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Janez Drnovšek, today received the Letters of Credence from the Ambassador of Poland, Piotr Kaszuba.
Dr Drnovšek and Mr. Kaszuba shared the opinion that the relations between the countries were good, upholding a continuous political dialogue. The Ambassador Kaszuba pointed out the successful cooperation in the economic field and expressed his hopes for strengthening it in the future. President Drnovšek was convinced that both countries would continue friendly relations and fruitful cooperation within the EU.
At the end of the audience, the Ambassador of Poland expressed his thanks for receiving him, wishing all the best to the President of the Republic and to Slovenia; President Drnovšek wished him a lot of success in his work and a pleasant stay in Slovenia.
