PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC RECEIVES THE PRESIDENT OF THE OSCE COURT OF ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION

The President of the Republic, Milan Kucan, today received the President of the Court of Arbitration and Conciliation of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Prof. Robert Badinter. In the exchange President Kucan presented Slovenia's views on the resolution of the issue of succession and other topical issues in the region. Prof. Badinter informed the President of the role of the Court and its possible involvement in the resolution of open issues among individual states.
