PRESIDENT DJUKANOVIC IN LJUBLJANA

The President of the Republic of Montenegro, Mr Milo Djukanovic, visited Ljubljana in the afternoon. He had discussions with the management of Gorenje on possibilities for the enhanced involvement of this company in the economic sector of Montenegro.

In the evening, he was received by the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr Milan Kucan. President Djukanovic informed him of the circumstances in Montenegro following the parliamentary elections and the stand of this republic on the denouement of current relations between Serbia and Montenegro, with the latter persevering on its path towards Europe and expressing its further readiness to remain a factor of stability in the region and a reliable partner of the international community.
